10++ STARS Before I even moved to Port Colborne last year Eric showed me a home that was already sold, just so I could see what my money would buy me. I told him how I couldn’t find one booklet of the area because the tourist information places were closed due to Covid. He offered to bring by information about the area that he had in his office and put it in the mailbox of the Air B & B that I was staying at in Welland. He didn’t leave his card or offer to be my agent, just extended his kindness. That alone said a lot to me because he wasn’t pushy at all. To the contrary, he is the most genuine, professional, informative, polite and AUTHENTIC person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This was my 6th home purchase in my life as a single middle-aged woman and I have never had such an amazing experience. Eric made me feel like I wasn’t alone, he had my back more than 100%, and he made the journey of purchasing a home in these very difficult times feel literally easy for me. I am so grateful that I had Eric in my corner, because he goes above and beyond for everyone. Look no further, because I promise you all other agents will pale in comparison. I now consider Eric a dear friend and I thank him with all my heart for helping me find my forever home.

I used Eric to sell my house in Port Colborne. What stood out for me about Eric was his passion, his energy, his knowledge about home construction and his constant communication throughout the process. One of the things I liked most about working with Eric was his absolute willingness to go above and beyond to assist me throughout the selling process. He was constantly offering to take on tasks that were definitely outside his scope of responsibility just to ensure that I had a great selling experience. they don't respond to customers requests. I called several times during business hours and sent 2 emails. Clearly it appears they are not interested in resolving complaints.

Eric was my realtor when I bought my house in Port Colborne. He showed me over a dozen houses before I found one that suited me. What particularly impressed me about Eric was that he knows a lot about residential construction, as he used to work in that industry; as such, he was able to tell me a lot about the build quality of various houses, issues that may arise in the future, and so forth. Eric really went the extra mile to help me out. A couple weeks after I bought my house, I mentioned to Eric that I was going to have to do some work on the dock that came with my property. He showed up at my house in hip waders, jumped into the frigid water of Lake Erie, and helped me work on the dock for a couple hours. Being single, I would not have been able to do all of the work myself. Eric also bought me a very nice housewarming present and even lent me an air mattress so that I would not have to sleep on the floor for a night while I waited for my furniture to arrive. As a lawyer, I have also have handled many transactions for Eric's clients. Every one of them have told me that they were very happy with his services. I can thus unreservedly recommend using Eric as your realtor. I am certainly glad that I did.

I have used several agents in the past but Eric has undoubtedly set a new threshold for how all realtors should operate. Since my first purchase with Eric i have repeatedly used his services as he truly goes the extra mile. Eric has on many occasions done research and due dilligence on a property that would otherwise fall on me. Eric has a vast knowledge of investment properties, zoning challenges and construction trades. Erics superior negotiating techniques have secured me multple properties in this extremely competitive market. As a real estate investor I would highly recommended his services. Eric Panetta listed my house recently. Could not have asked for a better realtor. We used Eric for both buying and selling. When it came to selling, he is very upfront with what needed to be done with our house and was very helpful in all aspects. When is came to buying, he got right in there with us, checking the electrical, looking at the roof, foundation and everything and anything else we could think off. He was very detailed with all information and every walk thru. He answers all your questions and if he is not 100% sure he will find out for you. If there was a 6 star, or 10 star - Eric would deserve it! I've been a real estate investor for over 20 years, and when we moved to the Niagara region, the search was on: to find - not just someone to work with, but someone who understood the unique intricacies of an investment property (ie. multi-unit considerations, potential zoning issues etc). After trying to work with many agents, we had a chance opportunity to deal with Eric. I cannot express what an absolute "breathe of fresh air" this was for our endeavor. The search was over!
